Dana graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2009, received her yoga teacher certification from Mandorla Yoga in 2014, became a Certified Body Trust Provider in 2018. Dana is a Body Image, Chronic Dieting, and Eating Disorder Recovery Coach and consults with all personal chef clients regarding their needs, desires, and budget. Driven by a deep desire to present an alternative way of living with out the shame of our cultures current fad-diet mentality, Dana's work with her clients is rooted in a non-diet based approach, the Health at Every Size model and her personal journey with eating disorders and body image pre-occupations. Dana works from a very authentic place, focusing on weight-neutral self-care and body postitive practices, to hold space for her clients while they navigate thier way to a kinder and more natural relationship with food and their body.

Dana loves to menu plan and create easy to enjoy meals for folks and families on the go. Together with her chef Allan, they make the perfect duo. She works her magic with the menu and Allan executes it to suit everyones tastes. To Dana, food isn't just about nutrition, it is about dining. It's as much about the pleasure and interaction we experience around food as it is the energy it provides to sustain us.
